All of our coaches are fitted with approved seat belts of either lap type or three point similar to that fitted in cars and speedlimiters fitted to all coaches are set to 62 m.p.h.
Vehicles are safety checked at regular intervals as instructed in the 2007 'Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness' issued by VOSA (Vehicle and Operators Services Agency)' which complies totally with the requirements of our Public Service Vehicle operators licence issued by the South Eastern and Metropolitan Traffic Commissioner and enforced by VOSA.

We hold an International operators licence and all EU regulations and drivers hours rules are strictly adhered to. A professional independent company employed by us regularly examines drivers tachograph records.

Drivers carry out daily walk round inspections of their vehicles and are instructed in our defect reporting system.

Staff credentials are regularly monitored to comply with the Road Traffic Act and our insurers, and have been vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau, an executive agency of the Home Office.

Arrangements are in hand for driving staff to be further trained in the new Certificate of Competence about to be introduced by the Licencing Authority.
